Guidelines & Policy
- Visitor Guidelines (Fauna & Flora Ordinance – Sri Lanka)
- Respect wildlife—do not harm, pluck, or take plants
- Stay on paths without blocking animals or birds
- Keep a safe distance from wildlife; do not approach
- Follow your Tour guide’s instructions at all times
- Avoid loud noises; we are guests in their habitat
- Carry back all waste—keep the jungle clean for future generations
What to Bring for Trekking & Walking Tours
- Comfortable climbing outfit
- Waterproof backpack & rain jacket
- Clothes for Extra change
- It is mandatory to remove shoes before entering religious places such as temples, churches, and shrines and to wear appropriate long clothing.
- Torch and mosquito cream for nighttime private use
- Hiking boots or sports shoes and Hiking stick
- Sunglasses/sun cream & hat for sun protection
- Please make sure you have the above items with you
- If any external accident occurs, provide immediate treatment and take the person to the nearest hospital or doctor
Payment Methods
- You must pay us 50% of the total amount at the time of booking. Otherwise, 70% of the total amount must be paid on the first day of your trip. We will keep your trust 100%, so don't worry
- Make reservations at least Before one month in advance
- All payments to us can be made through Western Union / Sri Lanka Commercial Bank / Cash on Hand
Cancellation Policy
- 15+ days: Full refund
- Less than 1-14 days: No refund due to business loss and other Booking
Important Notes
- Weather changes may affect views; we are not responsible for natural conditions
- Leeches may appear in rainy weather, but we provide natural repellent or leech socks for full protection
